Doctor Geof is one of my longest standing clients, as well as working on the larger projects like his exhibition under the Cutty Sark and supporting his stand at conventions around the UK, I send out regular monthly newsletters to his customer and fan base.

I love doing these newsletters as there’s a huge amount of creative freedom, the tone of voice is specific but not limiting and because we know the demographics of his fans we can tailor the content for maximum appeal.

We consistently achieve above average for open rates and click through rates as the report chart below shows.

Over the last year, this success with the newsletters has been reflected in the volume of sales on the webshop, with a 31.5% increase in sales compared with 2014.
