When InFusion first met Microform, it was going through a period of significant change and taking a fresh look at its brand positioning and place in the market. The company had invited a number of other agencies to pitch and it was clear that Microform were overwhelmed with options and advice.
How did InFusion add value?
We asked them one simple question:
What does your brand represent?
When director’s Jonathan and Neil struggled to answer, our advice was to stop everything and take it right back to basics. We recommended they undertake a brand evaluation to get a handle on where they were and what their main objectives were in terms of a re-brand.
After completing a detailed questionnaire, we compiled a report which detailed key elements of their current brand, their values and company ethos.
From here we were asked to create an internal staff newsletter to improve communications between management and foster better engagement within the employees.
The joy of print
It’s rare that we get to do printed newsletters these days so we were a little bit delighted to produce the MicroInformer, a two page, full colour, branded newsletter, delivered monthly to all employees.
We continue to work with Microform to provide consultancy and internal communications support.
Microform Imaging Ltd started working with InFusion early 2016 and have not looked back since. The various areas we worked on have proven to be very useful and will continue to work with InFusion for a long time to come. Sara has been especially helpful and very methodical with her approach to help us get to where we wanted and are wanting to be. I would have no issue recommending InFusion!
